Customer Registration

    Customer is required to consistent with the facts fill "order form".

Adoption and implementation of the contract

    By placing an order is meant to fill "order form" on the store's website.
    A natural person placing an order must be 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. In the case of a minor requires the consent of a parent or guardian.
    Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract, where the data given by the Buyer in the form will be incomplete, specify a contact e-mail address (e-mail) and telephone number will help resolve any concerns about your order.
    Prices of goods on offer Online Shop are expressed in Polish zloty and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs.

    Seller shall, within 48 hours of receiving the order to confirm the order from the Buyer via the Internet or telephone. This time may be extended if it falls on days recognized as holidays (Sundays and public holidays).
    Procurement lead times range from 1-7 days.
    Each transaction will be confirmed with a VAT invoice.
    The order will be executed immediately after receipt of charges on account of the Seller.
    Orders can be canceled only by e-mail or fax.

Guarantee and Complaints

    Complaints relating to mechanical damage during shipment Shipment will be considered only once the damage protocol signed by the recipient and the provider of the consignment.
    At the time the buyer is obliged to check the status of your shipment. In case of damage to the Buyer is obliged to report the vendor and immediately contact the seller.
    According to the Act of 2 March 2000 (OJ of 2000 No. 22 pos. 271, as amended), the purchaser may withdraw from the contract within 10 days by returning the item in the same state (the goods must be delivered in the original package - the consignment can not be unpacked). Please also note that in order to return the goods is required to contact the seller.
    Returned goods can not bear traces of use, must be returned undamaged, in original packaging. Reimbursement must be agreed by e-mail (akcesoria@eskat.com.pl). Goods not meeting the above conditions are not accepted for return.
    If you return the goods, the customer bears the costs of shipping goods to and from the customer.
    In case of any complaint, please contact the seller via e-mail or phone. When submitting a complaint, please give name and surname, no contract, no proof of purchase (invoice) and describe the subject of the complaint.
    When making a complaint, the condition of considering the complaint is to send the goods to the Seller's address accompanied by the pros and copy of invoice.

Final Provisions

    The seller is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data. Under that law, Buyer agrees to store and process such data for marketing purposes and registration, only for the seller. Buyer has the right to inspect their data, to correct them and demand to stop their use.
    Seller reserves the right to change prices of goods on offer. Price change does not apply to orders accepted for execution. Seller reserves the right to withdraw certain products from the offer.
    In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, Law of 03.02.2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products.
    The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms.
