Shipment
Shipping is done in two ways at the expense of the buyer:
First GLS courier (after making a bank transfer to the account), items of standard sizes up to 1.8 m and weight 55 kg.

Second GLS courier (for delivery), items of standard sizes up to 1.8 m and weight 55 kg.

10 kg 39,00 zł
20 kg, 43,00 zł
30 kg, 47.00 zł
55 kg, 100,00 zł
Third K-Ex courier (after making a bank transfer to the account), items of non-standard sizes from 1.8 m to 3 m and from 56 kg to 200 kg
up to 3mb / 200 kg, 127.00 zł
For purchases exceeding 4000.00 zł (net) delivery costs covered by the seller (not regarding the purchase of glass)
(NOTE: for oversized shipments over 3mb package price is determined individually after the contract)

Returns
Returns purchased goods are accepted only on condition that they were not used, have the orginal packaging, are provided in the set (with attached fittings).
Money for the returned merchandise will be shipped to your designated account or address within 7 working days. Cost reimbursements paid by the buyer.
Complaints relating to mechanical damage during shipment or considered on the basis of written complaint protocol in the presence of the deliverer. We cover postage costs resulting from the incorrect execution of the contract through our store.
NOTE: Check the contents of the consignment in the presence of the person delivering! Returns and complaints should be addressed to the address in the contact details of the store.
